General Information:

Pristobrycon striolatus from Brazil and Venezuela. This is a newly described fish that is rarely exported for the aquarium trade or research.

Aggression: ( 6 / 7 )

The fish is not capable of being shoaled in most instances.

Breeding:

I have not been able to verify any claims to captive brreding of this species. No known instances of aquaria breeding.





Insights from keepers of this fish

This is not a difficult fish to keep. Best kept as a single specimen per tank.
